The man who did the follow up call came across as very abrupt and pushy. The cover options were great quality, and I had questions answered well, however the salesperson seemed uninterested in talking or responding to queries and more interested in reading off a script. Felt very impersonal.

As I was filling in on line, my mobile rang. A very nice person took my details ,and explained everything. I was happy to have RSPCA handle my dog insurance. One thing, was told I didn’t have to finish my on line details, as they were taken over the phone. Then I get an email asking me to finish my on line enquiries ??? That’s the only thing. Thank you for your service.
