Signed up and decided to cancel on the same day after finding a much better offer shortly afterwards. The guy spent 40 minutes on the phone trying to talk me out of it and putting me on hold for long periods of time, then started begging me to let him get someone to call me back with a better offer. I said no just please cancel it. He then told me it was all cancelled. 30 min later I get a call from someone else saying my details had been sent through as a lead and I had requested a quote. Had to explain for a second time why I was cancelling. Called up a third time just to make sure it had actually been cancelled as I started getting confirmation emails and texts. 3rd guy says 'no it hasn't been cancelled, there are no notes here, can you please let me know why you're cancelling it?' I cracked it and said I'm not going through this for a 3rd time just cancel the thing already. My mistake for not shopping around first but what a painful experience and waste of time.

I bought insurance today. The salesperson spent four minutes reading me terms and conditions. ot was ridiculous. Pointbthe customer to a webpage with an acknowledgement button as part of activation.Seriously that was a blatant waste of a customers tome.

I was told of my policy being cancelled after it was too late to restore it so have had to start a new policy and need to go through the waiting periods all over again. Disappointing to say the least.

My partner called RSPCA & asked to call me between 2-2:30. Received a call straight away. Advised the lady if she called back in 5 minutes I could talk to her, didn't receive the call back until the original requested time of 2ish. The lady wasn't overly helpful. When I questioned what the difference was between the middle and top of the range insurance I was told it is only the 75%-80% vet rebat. She didn't really sell me on any benefits. She tried to pitch a $2 add on and it came across that way. System kept crashing had 2 keep providing my card details. Wasn't impressed by experience.

So far the service has been great, the man who contacted me about the insurance and talked me through everything was very helpful and polite.
