RSPCA was fine and the young lady I spoke to very helpful. I do consider though that most pet insurers are on the same premium scale. I went with RSPCA simply because of their continued care for neglected animals and that Pensioners insurance are trying to con people on what they recon are lower rates.

Nice advice given by an Australian call centre member. Time spent giving best policy for my cat. This was by chance from the same staff member over two separate calls was a significant factor in my taking out policy. Fact that cover for pet is for life of animal and not around nine years as is the case with my former insurer of my last cat. Range of covers good with three levels available.

I FORGET THE LADY NAME, SHE WAS VERY COURTEOUS,AND CONDUCTED MY PET INSURANCE ENQUIRY EXTREMELY EFFICIENT, SO MUCH SO THAT I INSURED MY YOUNG DOG IMMEDIATELY. THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT EASY.
