I spoke with Peter and he was very thorough and helpful so he rates well but the complexity in the policy is absurd. It took ages to work out what is covered and what is not particularly around dental care and illness. I ended up buying top cover plus optional routine care so I expect to get top class service and rebates.

Policy is s good product once it is all set up

I like the product RSPCA has but most times have have dealt with the customer service it has been quite traumatic. The last polices we had for my now deceased cats was in my partners name of which I was also a contact was always very hard to deal with .As I explained many times to customer service my partner is too busy to sit on the phone so I handle every thing. It is very sad that I had to wait till my animals passed so I could change policy into my name. The girl I dealt with for this policy was very good but I was on hold for 10 minutes while she found out some information. I was nearly tempted to go else where
