Alan was very informative and knowledgeable about pet insurance however the manner of the call felt rushed and slightly pushy.I advised I had just gone through some hardship with my pet and I am certain he could tell the tone of the call changed when it started to go for an extended period. At that point in time it might be better to offer a call back at a later time or date instead of trying to push through the call. By the end I was exhausted and found there was too much information for simply on call.
