I switched my policy from a different insurer and after having bad service it was extremely refreshing to talk to a down to earth, nice, funny gentleman named Michael. He explained everything very clearly so i left understanding exactly what i had agreed to. He also heard i had a screaming 2 year old in the background and still he was ok with it and tried to not hold me up any longer than needed. Very easy to deal with
