Everything good until confirmation email arrived, Dogs name is wrong and when I tried the link to register online and change it I spent 5 minutes or so entering all the info required and setting up secret questions, password etc only for it to kick me out saying the policy doesn�t exist

The 2 different gentleman I spoke with whilst beginning my policy & the call back I made regarding a question I had were both wonderful. Both were real people who seemed to have a genuine interest in myself & my pet whom I was getting insurance for. Thank you for the training you give your staff!

It was thankful that the sales lady was patient in following up my enquiry as I was always unavailable to take the call, finally, I returned the call and signed up for the taking over from Pet Plan who had doubled my payments without advising.
