The first lafy i spoke to was terrible, did not let me ask questions and was just rude. The secobd lady who i spoke to was wonderful and was the reason i chose RSPCA pet insurance. She explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. She is surely a golden employee.

I was amazed by the explanation of the policy. My questions were clearly answered. Although the policy was similar to the one I am cancelling I was happy to hear that the rspca also benefited. Peter was polite and patient with me when I asked questions. He was very nice and I would recommend him for a pay rise. Thank him again plz

Good customer service over the phone and comes across as a reliable Pet insurance being affiliated with the RSPCA. However the "no excess" as plugged as good thing is clearly accounted for in the 75% cover (Option 2 policy). I'd rather have an excess and be fully covered.

I spent sunday afternoon getting quotes online. rspca called me monday morning, asked what comparisons i'd made, addressed my concerns and got my business.
