A few things impacted my experience. Firstly it was difficult to find the PDS on your website when I was trying to do the quote online. It would be better if you made this more readily available. Secondly your operator that ended up calling me did not seem very experienced and needed to put me on hold a few times to answer some of my questions, along with the fact he needed to ask me multiple times what puppy school was and made me doubt the competence of your organisation. He also lacked some active listening as I advised him that I was unable to locate the breed of English Staffordshire terrier on your website form, to which he then obviously typed it in and read out all the breeds that started with English on your form (these were the same breeds on your form to which none of them reflected an English Staffy). Also, I feel as though your terms and conditions could have been recorded rather than your operator reading out an extremely long statement to me which at times was difficult to understand as he had a slight accent. Lastly, I clarified with your operator multiple times if my policy could be emailed to me to which he replied yes each time, and yet I still have not received the policy details and have received this survey instead.

I spoke to a lovely young lady called Sarah. She was very polite, helpful and explained everything to me to the fullest. A credit to the RSPCA.Thank you Sarah. It was transferred to Rachel as Sarah lost all her notes she had taken, Rachel was very nice too.

The girl I dealt with( I have forgot her name)was simply amazing. She was so helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Our kitten is our baby and she left no stone unturned when it came to getting her the right cover.

I considered the premiums too high for my budget, however was talked into getting it anyway by the sales rep on the phone. One of her sale pitches was that you have a 30 day cooling off period in which time you can cancel your policy - I will exercise that right.
