Although I'm paying $17 per month extra and $1000 less total cover for my two puppies, it's a small amount when you consider the benefits of dealing with a local provider with a local address instead of a PO Box.

All three consultants were very friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable regarding the products they were supporting and very local, a completely different and very welcome change from my previous pet insurer.
