I originally asked the operator to follow me up the day I purchased my dog. Which she did and the other 3 companies I contacted did not. Working on a customer based industry I was suitably impressed. Great knowledge about the product and didn�t force us into anything. Yes I would reccomend her and the company again. Regards Taylor

I spoke to a male on the phone..forget his name...absolutely great ...never ever was I treated with such honesty professionalism and help.....He did tell me..but I forgot. He is to be commended. He Went out of his way with out being condesending and over the top.I wont forget that signing up for Insurance. He knew everything about animals..no doubt animal lover and decent human being himself.He spoke about my 2 dogs and me like he actually wanted to help me. He will know this. My dogs were Lola and Buffy.thanks

Very polite and helpful in explaining the insurance. Called back to give us time to decide which cover would be suitable and was not pushy in trying to sell the insurance. Pleased that 10% of my policy goes towards helping other animals.

Very friendly. made me feel happy to have my fur baby covered with rspca. having a pecentage of my payments go back to rspca was also a good feeling also
