I loved the service initially, thought Sarah was wonderful and ensured I spoke with her manager to express this. I have rated 3 stars as I am not getting any replies to my emails. I just don't know if anyone is looking at, and actioning them. I spoke to a young chap after this name I cannot remember who just kept repeating the same information with no empathy for my situation, just keep telling me that I may be charged more as I am making some changes to the cats bir date. Some work for RSPCA pet insure to do here.
