Friendly staff however once I received my pets policy I found his birthday was incorrect and as we all know anything that is not correct could lead to a claim being denied .I was never asked his day of birth just the month and year but found on the policy they had put the first as his birthday and it is really the 3rd .I called and informed them of this error .Wont really know how good they are until a claim goes in one day . All insurance companies are over friendly when you first buy the product. I have heard good things about them so hopefully they will be fine.
