I had I nice conversation with Hayley and it took about 30 minutes to set everything up wich was all fine. Unfortunately I noticed in the policy a few mistakes in spelling of my dogs name (Lly instead of Lily) and date of birth (1/11 instead of 25/11). I think that are just sloppy mistakes, clearly the person filling this out wasn't paying attention or didn't check things afterwards. It's a bit frustrating you take that long to set it up, rspca takes a long time explaining all the terms and conditions but don't take the time to double check details.
