Lily was excellent to deal with. We initially signed up with Petplan, who were nearly $30 per month more expensive. After only finding out after we went to make a claim that Petplan had a $150 excess we were quite annoyed. I then phoned RSPCA, who cover 80% of all vet bills and up to 11K per claim. Needless to say we have now cancelled with Petplan and won’t be going back. Thanks RSPCA insurance.

I can only rate the young lady that handled my business at this point. professional and diction ok had to be to deal with me at 90. Proof will be in the pudding with my first Vet call & hoping that does not occur other than general examinations

The telephone service was excellent. my options were explained clearly and the price was half what i was originally paying for my two dogs.
