Having made an enquiry via the website, within minutes of receiving the quote via email, I received a phone call. I was able to clarify the information provided via email and asked and have answered additional questions. I was able to delay the commencement of the policy to start when the 6 week free policy that I received as part of purchasing my pup from the breeder which was good.

Customer service is excellent. Well worth having the pet insurance. This is my 2nd policy. My 1st policy was with a canine that happened to get very sick. No problems when claiming. Even got a card from them after i had the animal put down.
