sadly my Basil past away last week, he has been having treatment (chemo) for Lymphoma which cost a lot of money - RSPCA refunded me promptly and fairly, I couldn't have helped Basil if it wasn't for RSPCA. I'am getting another puppy and have a new policy for Billy with RSPCA, the customer support person was really helpful in setting up a new policy for Billy - thank you
