The service was good up until I purchased Pet Insurance with RSPCA, since then it has been terrible. I have emailed RSPCA about an issue with the fortnightly cost as it isn't what I have been quoted, and I have not heard back from you. I may have to cancel this pet insurance and go somewhere else if I don't hear back very soon.
