Thank you for calling me more than once. I�m a busy person I�m on the phone everyday for work. It�s thanks to you calling me more than once and not giving up on me that when I was able to take that call I organised cover for my cat in that one phone call on first contact. Excellent service, consultant was confident, spoke at a good pace, was clear concise, knowledgeable, not a robot, had personality and was a real person she used my name and my cats name throughout the call.
