I received a call-back within 10 minutes of making an enquiry, and the consultant who spoke to me was patient with my questions and easy and friendly to talk to (I am sorry to say I can't recall her name). She took the time to ask me questions about my cat and she wasn't pushy. Signing up to the policy was a very simple process.
