I think the actually purchase it self was good we couldnt find anything better for the same payment amount for our breed of dog, it covers pretty much everything.

Although the lady i was speaking to was not rude at all i could tell she was reading off a script which was quite annoying as i felt i wasnt being listened to proply and some of the questions i asked where just responded to in a very generic/scripted way, just more concerned about getting me to sign up and get the process completed. The last part when she was reading over rspca pet insurance policy couldnt be any more confusing or read any quicker. If i hadnt already made my decision to choose rspca pet insurance, the whole process would make me think twice and i probly would of looked else where. Sorry for negative feed back but whole process was confusing and very not helpful.

The policies were explained excellently. Insurance is always a pain, but I suppose it hurts less than the possibility of large vet bills .

RSPCA were straight to the point, which was excellent. What was a little disconcerting however, was that I had originally completed a request for a quote online a few days prior and by the time they were calling me it was to set up the service. I was perhaps a little taken aback that I felt the decision was assumed to have been made for me. I did end up going with them for insurance however.
