The lovely girl I spoke to was very helpful. Not sure if the T&C's need to be read through to people over the phone as this is very time consuming & it would be easier to have it emailed through to caller. Basic information is really all that is needed as you do give a 30 cooling off period, so therefore people can read through everything when I gets sent out. Payment is not deducted straight away.
