The gentleman caller rushed me, he got my dog's sex wrong (Molly, after all is a girls' name) and her birthdate wrong ( I did say 5th, and he put 1st). Upon checking the email that was sent I did try to ring RSPCA and was in line for a little while, then all of a sudden the line went dead. Also, the caller did not advise about the vet form. Does that need to be completed now? and then submitted to yourselves.

The lovely girl I spoke to was very helpful.Not sure if the T&C's need to be read through to people over the phone as this is very time consuming & it would be easier to have it emailed through to caller.Basic information is really all that is needed as you do give a 30 cooling off period, so therefore people can read through everything when I gets sent out.Payment is not deducted straight away.

The young woman that took my call was friendly with excellent product knowledge able to answer my questions and promptly sent through emailed information.
