At first I was a tad confronted as I had just finished entering my details to move through the process to see the different pet insurance plans and get a feel for prices. Within 1 minute I had a phone cal to discuss the insurance plans and quote. But it was really helpful as I could ask questions about the policy exclusions and limits. The sales woman wasn't at all pushy and was really helpful. She explained the 30 day cooling off period so I decided to take out the policy. I continued my online research of other companies and believe I have the best balance for us. Thank you
