I did not compare products with other health insurers but chose RSPCA because I trust them and was impressed by the fact that a portion of premiums go to the charity.

Nick was great: he explained everything clearly, listened patiently and sympathetically ( my last dog died three months ago at nearly 16 years of age) and did not apply any pressure or show preference for a product. It was a pleasure to have such cheerful, enthusiastic service.

There is no middle 'indifferent' box to tick! Kristy was great in explaining everything. BUT the quote I received doesn't have everything about the cover that I requested, so what she explained and what the information says doesn't quite match. It also says Libby is Male... incorrect! and I said she is born on the 20th Dec... it says 1st of Dec... Please correct these!
