Sounds good on paper and by verbal explanation given over the phone when applying. I like the fact that some of the funds go to assisting RSPCA provide the services and care to the animals it shelters. As it is a new policy haven't had a chance to put it to the test with regard to making a claim.

Customer service officer - Ash on 10.1.17 was very accommodating with creating two policies. Explained if I adopted the 2nd RSPCA kitten 'Merlin' to just simply ring up and the policies could be started earlier than 11.59pm on the 18.1.17. This was not the case as on 16.1.17 I was told the only way to start this policy was to cancel it & the account debit also. What was meant to be a happy time was destroyed by your Customer service staff & these kittens were not covered for a few days because of your procedures. On this day I had asked why the need to cancel the policy as it hadn't started yet and I also could not log onto your portal because the policy hadn't started. The response I got was the policy needs to be cancelled, I also rate this question as poor.

there is cheaper ones on the market , for $5 less a month i could get everything the same as RSPCA and that includes the extra 2.+a month for vet visits. But haven't had to deal with RSPCA for anything .
