I happy with the process and the cost. Young dog and that he is party of the family and that thisw was going to happen but the overall experience and the lack of quality systems need to be addressed and if I was the CEO it would of happened,

I was always going to do it and the phone call today prompted me. That part of the subscription goes to looking after pets, and happy with the price. What I found incredibly frustrating and annoying and a waste of money was the continual phone calls I recieved thru the day. Paula was excellent, Dianne was great, and that she was the first for me to say....Hey I just took on the insurance, does the system and the communication stop the phone calls. and that Went to do not call register, I reinforced my Do not call register, and still got another two calls today. The company realistically needs to look at the system and quality and the waste of unnecessary phone calls. Today by the company actions RSCPA went from 10 to 2......The systems realistically need to be looked at. My question to the CEO does his hand shake when he recieves his pay pack fortnightly? I would like to know.....I wanted the insurance and the customer service was good, but the lack of q1uality system....and the amount of money wasted maybe if a better system was provided then the subscriptions could be more affordable. Something to think about.

It is hard to judge the product given I have only just purchased it over the phone and have yet to receive the documents in the mail so I can review it in detail. I hope that it will be helpful to me in managing the health care of my two dogs now 12 months old.
