the product sounds like good value to me but i dont like the way the phone call is so pushy- i would much prefer to receive documents via post or email with time to make a decision rather than having to give commitment and personal information out over the phone. I am still waiting on a return phone call to cancel my policy

the lady that i spoke to was lovely but i felt pressured to commit to the insurance on the spot. I did not feel comfortable giving out my full name address and credit card details without being given the chance to make a decision. It took up 27 minutes of my time while i was at work when all i asked for was a quote. it turned out that my partner has already arranged pet insurance without telling me so i called straight back to let RSPCA know and i was told i would get a call back within 5-10mins and i am still waiting on that phone call so that i can now spend another 27minutes on the phone cancelling a policy i didnt even want to sign up to today
