I can't really rate how good the service is as I've just taken out the policy. I did so on the recommendation of friends and hopefully my new dog will remain healthy and I won't have to review you anytime soon. The girl at the call centre, Natalie, was very friendly, professional, clear and helpful on the phone and the only criticism I have is that she said 'PERFECT' every time I gave her information. Not a huge problem but a bad habit, a bit like saying 'Actually' or 'Exactly right' all the time. Other than that she was lovely and left me feeling very satisfied that I'd made the correct decision in going with the RSPCA:)
