Very good service from the gentlemen I spoke to, was very helpful and made me aware of things I did not otherwise know, sounded passionate about the care of animals HOWEVER, he read out the disclosure statement, why wouldn't you just get a recording and the salesperson can play that - perhaps an upgrade in your software would be easier to listen to. I couldn't stop imaging, is this what this poor fellow does every time there is a new policy taken out ? So that was my only frustration - otherwise will highly recommend RSPCA pet insurance to my son who has 2 dogs. Very thankful and pleased.
