I was contacted within half an hour of enquiring about pet insurance from the RSPCA website. Initially i was not ready to make a final decision and I didn't feel pressured to do so. I just recieved a follow up call this morning and the policy was described thoroughly. Again I didn't feel pressured into making a decision. I really liked the gentle reminder call and Aaron was very polite and informative.

Excellent on phone service. The reading out of the policy could be handled by an automated voice, or an email could be sent so that I could have read it rather than have the representative have to do speed reading. Cheers
