Prompt follow up and helpful nature of the consultant. HOWEVER, the T&Cs disclosures at the end of the call process goes on far too long. No one really absorbs this information because it's too much information to absorb. Please find a better way for clients to acknowledge acceptance of these T&Cs.

i find your recorded message about telling the truth about your pet very intimidating,belligerentand downright threatening delivered in a hostile tone. my wife passed away in September 2020 and she was the policy holder and I tried to change it into my name as I was the bank account holder where the payments were coming from but you wanted a certified death certificate before you would change it. TOTALLY OVER THE TOP. wE HAVE BEEN WITH YOU FOR OVER 4 YEARS.
